Elizabeth Sigette is an Arizona singer-songwriter with a powerful, country-leaning voice and a sound rooted in acoustic indie folk, country, and Americana. Her songs move across genres, but the heart behind them remains the same: connection.
Elizabeth writes from real life—about faith, motherhood, recovery, fear, gratitude, regret, hope, and the everyday moments that shape us. Her goal isn't simply to tell her stories, but to tell them in a way that allows listeners to recognize something of their own story in them. She wants people to hear a song and think, "I've been there too."
Whether she's singing about the joy of raising children, the fear of letting life pass by, or the struggle of alcoholism and finding freedom through faith, Elizabeth hopes her songs can remind people that whatever they're walking through, they aren't alone.
Elizabeth's ability to connect with people has been part of her life long before she returned to music. With a master's degree in school counseling, she spent nearly a decade working with children and their parents, developing a deep understanding of the importance of listening, empathy, and meeting people where they are.
Now, she brings that same empathy to her songwriting—but from the other side of the story. Instead of sitting across from someone and listening to their experience, she puts her own experiences into songs and invites others to find themselves in them.
After stepping away from music for 15 years, Elizabeth picked up her guitar again and began writing songs shaped by the life she had lived in those years away. Her music is deeply rooted in her Arizona desert home and in the places where faith, family, recovery, and everyday life intersect.
Her voice may carry a country soul. Her songs may wander through folk, country, Americana, acoustic pop, or rock. But underneath all of it is the same purpose: to tell the truth about life in a way that helps someone else feel seen, understood, and a little less alone.
